Make-up Review : Silkygirl's Eyeshadow Blockbuster Palette in Violet Crush

So here's a review on one of my Silkygirl palette, I'll be doing a review on my Etude House palette later on. Anyways, this is the Blockbuster Palette

So here's the swatches, with base on the left side, while naked on the right side. I guess the colors are pigmented enough when it's paired with a base, but wearing it alone might be too fade-ish for my taste and it creases without a base/primer.

And no, I'm no going to repurchase this, why? Because there's tons of other eyeshadows that I need to go through. And I hardly use this as my everyday makeup.

Skincare Review : Follow Me Oil Control + Whitening Anti-Shine Facial Cleanser

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

So, I'm going to give you a review on this product I love so much, that I even bought 2 on my recent trip from Miri, because this cleanser is unavailable in Brunei, so I wonder what will happen if I won't be able to repurchase these babies.

This is, again, an impulse buy that I came to love because I was in dire need of a facial cleanser because I've been having breakouts that I need to replace my cleanser with a new one.

It has the normal consistency of a cleanser, white foam yada yada with a creamy texture. No scrubs, good for daily cleansing. It has a mixed fruity and flowery scent with a hint of mint and don't worry, it's not overpowering.

When you cleanse your face with this, you'll be able to detect the flowery scent. After a few seconds, this is my favorite part of the cleansing, it gives you a cool sensation and you'll wash your face with a fresh and cool feeling, awesome for a good wake-up call.

And it also helps soothe my breakouts but it's not an acne-related facial cleanser so all is still well. Repurchase? Well duh =p

Random Ranting : Under the Weather..

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

So I am pretty much under the weather and really grateful that love has brought me those cooling pads for foreheads and some soluble panadol, though I prefer tablets, because these solubles are just, blerggh. I prefer drinking Adam Sari but then, even in the midst of my illness, I still found them to taste so blerggh.

So, I went to my Facebook, playing Sims Social, I'm an avid daily player, so email me to add you up if you're playing Sims okay? :D Then I was gonna tag some of my friends up one of the Sims post, so I have to go to my profile to retrieve and tag people to that post. I found out that my profile was changed to Timeline's interface, automatically without my consents!! I was mental and it just gets to me that I didn't even have a chance to click NO, I DON'T WANT A TIMELINE INTERFACE CUZ IT SUCKS, YOU CAN ACTUALLY STALK PEOPLE THERE, now here I am, trying to hide as much things from my past THAT I'm not proud of, my posts about my exes and such, it's not nice when you have those posts if you're going to marry someone else.

But anyways, I actually found this note, credits to me, because I wrote that, yeah baby, I didn't realize I was an avid poem-writer. LOL.

I'll laugh to every lame joke you share with me, because you know that I think you're cute when you make those lame jokes.
If we're in the car, I will feel better if you steal glances of me rather than staring at me obviously.
If we come across a red light can you surprise me with a kiss on the cheek?

When you see me cry, can you comfort me and tell me you won't hurt me like that again?
When you see me cry, can you hug me and say that things will be all right?
Can you put a smile on my face?
Can you make me happy, every day of the time we share with each other?
Can you trust me on being loyal to you?

I know that no matter how many girls talks with you, chat with you.. I know that I'm the one who matters to you.
No matter when I see you with any girls, I know you will never cheat on me.
I don't want you to declare that you'll love me forever, I don't want you to promise things that are not certain.
I want you to understand me, even if it's just a little. I know it'll takes time to understand me.
I know things can be so complicated as time goes on.

Hopefully things can be as wonderful as I always imagine.

I know things seems to be so subtle because I never show how much I love you.
But that's the evidence how much I love you.
I've been waiting for you ever since I can remember.

Random Ranting : Birthday Presents and Essence mini haul

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

So I went out with love yesterday, having brunch at 9am, I know it's too early to have a brunch but somehow, I'm always full eating big meals that I can't eat during lunch, so brunch it is! LOL!

Hazelnut Macchiato and Hot Chocolate, I'm not a big fan of hot coffee.

Birthday presents and Essence haul!

I have a new phone baby, it's Samsung Galaxy Mini, it was a gift from my parents!

Then love gave me the Dreams Unlimited Parfum and Body Wash set, it was hilarious we went to Body Shop and I was busy looking at the Tea Tree products and he was there looking for a birthday present for me, whilst I was too busy looking at other stuffs, I think I want the Chocmania Body Butter, it smells delish!

This was given to me a few days ago, from my close friend Kimmy, thanks! I love the bling bling pink dress! 

And ooh, I went to the Paloma store and saw these 3 babies. Shely from Lovestruck gave a review on the Soft Mousse Foundation, so I decided to try out.

I decided to buy this in soft beige, it somehow suits my skintone, though a little bit lighter, but then, I'm all about wearing headscarves, so no one can actually see the difference between my face and neck. I will review on this later on.

Can you actually believe that it cost me $6.70 each to buy these foundations? It's $7.90 for non-members though.

Essence's All Eyes On Me mascara, very cheap, just $3.30 and $3.90 for non-members. LOL! Then again, I'll put a review on this 3 products. And yeaay, my new phone has a good camera!

Make-up Review : Silkygirl's My Eye Palette in Inspiring

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

Now I'm going to review this eye palette for my lovely Melli, she was looking for eyeshadow palettes that are best for travelling, there's 2 palettes from the My Eye palette series, Inspiring and Down-To-Earth.

This palette is actually smaller than an iPhone, though a bit wider, which is good if you have a small space for eyeshadows, and yes, I bought this in Inspiring. This palette is also sturdy and you won't have to open up the palette just to know which colors you have because of its clear plastic packaging.

Here's the swatch without base. I find that the golden pink is much golden in person than in picture. All of the colors are the shimmery satin type, though it is not too shimmery for daytime.

I pretty much hate the white shadow, because as a browbone highlighter, it made the highlight too fake-looking. But nevertheless, the golden pink is my favorite color of all because of its subtleness of soft pink mixed with gold shimmer.

When swatched with a base, the colors magnifies to another degree that the colors are just so awesome, still. It'll last you all day, given that you actually used a primer or an eyeshadow base before hand.

And I actually used the purple and the blue as a liner with a base and it works wonderfully!
