Beauty Bought: Peep My Toes!

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

Another procrastinated post, this is supposed to be posted up before Raya but it's already Zulhijjah! I went crazy with shoes as I seem to have hardly any in collection and I usually buy a pair or two each year and wear it out till it's unwearable and buy more.

So I decided to be a shopaholic for the first time, I went on and bought all these 3 pairs.

I realized that I went for the open-toed shoes, 2 of them wedges and a pair of heels. All of them were in conjuction with the Raya sale so all of them were discounted.

I bought this at DMK at Delima for $19.90, I think? I actually haven't worn this AT ALL! I am saving this up for something special though, I'm not sure yet of what the special something is, but I still haven't had a reason to wear this baby out yet.

Marie Clare from Bata store also at Delima near Teguh Raya department store, I can't remember what the price was as it was being paid for by my mommy and she bought two pairs of the same, the other for my sister. This was the only thing I wore throughout Raya.

I went to URS store at Times Square Mall, a shoe label called Vern caught my attention and I really love this casual wedges, I can basically use this for semi-formal events and also to school without being so overdressed. So I've been using this everyday, I think I should buy another set of shoes for casuall-type outfit.

Beauty Bought : Giveaway Winning from Sprinklerain!

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

I was pretty much surprised with the mail I've received from Ka Sheila of Sprinklerain because I didn't really expect Ka Sheila to put it in DHL Express Mail. I was actually expecting a few mails but I was expecting them to be in small packets because I'm still expecting my laptop accessories.

I really love the wrapping paper for the packaging, it was too cute to actually rip it off, but then I have too, I was too hyper-ed when I saw the name of the sender on the packaging.

Sorry about that I had to cover my name and address for security reason, of course. Hee. I was happy enough that I thought I just received a makeup bag, makeup remover wipes and the Bioderma Water. Then when I opened the makeup bag, I didn't expect to have more makeup in it!

I also love the card that Ka Sheila gave me, I really love the ink pen, I'd love to look for that pinky glitter pen, it reminds me of my childhood, lol.

I've been loving all of the products you gave me, especially the mascara and the cheek & lip tint. I loved the combination of the bb cream and foundation, I'll set up reviews on the stuffs I received, I still haven't tried the Makeup Remover Wipes and Bioderma.

Beauty Bought : My first trip to KL

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

I had a surprise getaway with my family to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for just a few days at the end of May. I think I went crazy with spending all my money on the trip. I had fun, I will post up a more detailed blogpost on my next post.

Anyways, I've actually missed out a few things on my haul post, where I've actually bought a few blouses, maxi skirts, hijabs and a messenger bag. I'm not sure if my readers are particularly interested in what my fashion sense is, I could tell you now that it's very simple.

While I was in KL, I stayed at Cititel Hotel at Midvalley, the Midvalley Mall itself is very busy mall, I can tell you now that I've actually haven't gone through the mall thoroughly, everytime I went down to the mall, I will still end up be surprised of finding a few stores that I'd like to explore.

I am currently on a quest to find the perfect nail polish for me to wear when I'm on my "holidays", I was so happy to see SASA, Inglot, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Shu Eumera(sp?), Clinique! It was makeup heaven, I tell you!

I've also encountered Daiso, I know Daiso is somewhat a cheap store, I didn't expect all the stuff in the store to be RM5 each! I've made quite a few nasty purchases. I bought those pink pliers and I don't even know what to use it for! LOL! But I guess it would come in handy in the future. I also made a few purchase on the makeups there but I wasn't sure about the quality, so I didn't buy a lot, I wanted to buy some for a swap that I'm currently collecting for, but I was afraid of the quality of the product would do me no good. 

I've also bought a cheap Android tablet somewhere in the Lowyat area for the purpose of developing our Android app for our Final Year Project and bought two books at MPH Bookstore that would help me, InshaAllah to get through the project. I think I'd make a review on the Android tablet itself!

In terms of makeup, I was glad that I didn't do much damage, I bought a palette from Elianto on which I will review it soon! I might make a few FOTDs out of it. I also purchased a foundation from Rimmel and I think I regret buying it because it is 3 shades darker and it is quite on the warm side. But anyways, reviews will be up soon.

I also went to Sephora but I just bought a few NYX stuff as when I went to the Benefit's stand, I was unimpressed with all their stuffs there. And the fact that they are very expensive that I didn't go for their products, maybe next time!

Beauty Bought : Well, not quite a beauty bought.

One last haul, that I made in April is somehow not beauty-related but more towards to indulge the geeky side in me.

I've bought the power source extension that I would bring to school because since I'm a computing student and spend all my time in this special lab where only a bunch of us knows how to enter it with the pincode, so I put all my stuff there, heck, I even place my laptop there all day, while I go to my usual lectures and tutorial, because it's safe there.

So, having to think about the amount of stuff that I need to charge, I decided to buy the extension so I can just put all my charging devices in one place, instead of going here and there inside the lab just to charge them.

I've totalled 2 mouse devices so far, since I love the agility and the weight of this cheap mouse, I certainly am keeping this safe in a bag so I won't be careless in taking care of the gadgets I own. Also bought an earpiece set, which I very much love and intend to collect a few of it since my mom is the one selling it.

Also bought a $2 mouse pad which I actually bought before but then I've misplaced it. I remember it being so smooth but somehow, I hardly use it now because it doesn't have that smoothness that I seek when I place my mouse there.

Lastly, as it's already a general knowledge in my blog that my laptop has decided to die on me, so I've picked up a set of screwdriver so I can literally screw around with my laptop, I think I am quite a techie these days as I am able to unscrew and screw my laptop without any supervision at all.

So, that's a long post, I hope you girls are entertained by this post, lol. I am planning to buy a harddisk drive, which my mom is selling too, so I'd definitely use my next pay to buy it. As I've actually and literally spent all my May's pay towards buying the spare parts for my laptop.

Beauty Bought : The Second in April

This is my second haul. Although I have to admit, at least it still is moderate shopping. But don't worry, I'm going to make a haul post soon on what I bought in May and also a major haul that I ordered from UK. So I definitely have a lot of reviews to make that could fill up my whole remaining 2013. LOL.

This is what I bought from Winmark, which is a very exclusive drugstore. There are times that things from Winmark are exclusive there meaning it's not available at any other stores. But I never really bought anything there unless it's something I really want.

I bought an Eskinol Papaya Toner, which comes with full recommendation from a fellow blogger, Nisah. Though I have to admit, I'm still not sure of whether I like this toner or not. Then I bought a deodarant that I really liked so far though when this one is finished, I'll try something new.

Enchanteur is most probably a brand I really like the smells of, they have this flowery and powdery scent that seems to remind me about sleeping, lol

Going to my favorite store, which is the Paloma, I went in and actually bought a lot of stuff there, but there's only four of them that are for me to try out and my first lip product from Essence! I think I will purchase more of these Essence lipstick because I definitely love them.

Then, a haul I made at the Airport Mall, I was very drawn in by Tonymoly's blush, though I don't think it does show up on my cheeks so well but as an everyday wash of color on my lids, it definitely is my holy grail.

Also picked up the Clariderm's Astringent, this time with lesser intensity so I don't have to deal with the peeling too much. Hope you like my haul!

Beauty Bought : First in April

This is probably late to the party, but I've hauled this in April. The first purchase I made for April.

I basically just bought a liquid eyeliner, blush amd lipstick from Catrice. Also cheap body mists from Intimate Secrets but I bet they are rip-off brand for Victoria Secret judging from the name and also the spray bottles they came with.

This haul isn't super exciting but I'd definitely review on each of the products mentioned above. So far, the eyeliner is pretty much a let-down for me.

Beauty Bought : Essence and Catrice

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

After such a long time, I've been to busy to even go to shops and buy makeups and when I do, I usually don't have the power in me to buy a lot more than I would usually buy. Not really in a spending ban, but I seem to have limited amount of time to browse through these shops T-T

So today, I'm bringing in my first and certainly not my last haul from Catrice! I still am not sure of what I should buy first from Catrice, any recommendation girls?

Random Picture : A trip to Miri

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

So I went up to the border to visit our shopping haven at Miri, we only went to Boulevard and Permy Mall. Too bad though, I wished we went to Parkson as it seems to be the only place that has Rimmel's cosmetics, I seriously want to try their foundations. But anyways, all is not lost, but I basically spent all my money on food, we went to McDonald and I've decided to go ahead and order a Big Mac, can you believe that it was my first time eating Big Mac? Seriously, I'm not a big fan of any cult products including Starbucks! Oh the horror! LOL.

But I could say that I would stick to Big Mac or any of its beef burger cousins as it didn't give me diarrhea like how the Spicy McChicken Deluxe does, everytime.

But I am a big fan of the San Francisco's Coffee place, a little like Starbucks/Coffee Bean but I like it as it isn't so packed as most people would prefer the latter. But then, I found out that San Francisco closed down :( but then there's the Sao Paolo Coffee, I had the Green Tea Chai Latte which doesn't even have an ounce of tea in it, I mean, I can taste only Vanilla. But then, I love Vanilla, so all is not lost here.

Best mints ever! LOL, but yeah, I thought it was only exclusive to Miri, I found out that some minimarts in Brunei do sell these, oh swell, but at least I won't have to go as far as Miri to buy these anymore! I actually bought a lot to last me a week, LOL. 

Famous Amos cookies, delicious!

Okay, I think I'm not being adventurous and stuck to the brand that I know so well works. So I bought my first tinted lip balm, yeay, LOL. I love it, so reviews will come soon. I want to still give IN2IT a chance for its brand, as I find the mascara I bought to be a disappointment, so yeah, I'll be testing this out in a few days.

Random Picture : A Haul and a Hiatus.

Sorry for the lack of posts, I actually didnt realize that I haven't put up any scheduled posts, lol. So anyways, I've actually been unwell, I had a toe injury which have been going on for 2 months and I've been trying to cure it for sometime now, even asked for our "tabib" to help me with the toe injury but then he himself can't help me because the toe injury was very sensitive that I was sent to the hospital to treat it, it was fine, but the antibiotics and the painkillers were killing me.

Not in the sense that it didn't work, it did hold off the pain, but it really made me so sleepy, I have never had a sleepy week up to now, lol. I've run out of my medications, so the toe injury which is still healing is more sensitive now that I'm off of the painkillers, I wish they gave me more :( but I just don't like the aftereffect of taking them, lol!

So anyways, a few nights ago, went out with my girls for an "ambuyat" dinner! I wish I've taken a pic of the foods we had, because it was delicious! And we actually went to a Paloma store at Serusop, my plan was just to saunter and window shop there, I did see a few LA Splash items sold, but somehow they have flimsy packaging that I don't think I'll be buying them.

I was just gonna buy the Longlasting pencils, in fact, I was just gonna stick with my shopping ban, but then, oh well, no use of justifying why I wanted to buy them :p

So I've actually bought one of those eyebrow powder from Essence, an my girls also bought them too, I do have an eyebrow pencil but I do want to try a few, since Essence is a fairly budget cosmetic, well why not. 

Also bought the brown eyeliner as I am actually trying to find a new routine to create a natural look for everyday. Reviews up ahead, InshaAllah.

So decided to give me the samples she collected over her purchases and all of them are from Korean cosmetic shops and she even gave the egg charcoal soap from Holika Holika, I must say that I will be giving review on the soap.

There's also a generous sample of The Face Shop's Makeup Base and Foundation, I would definitely get on with the reviews after using it.

This is a non-beauty haul, but I would love to share these with you as this is a haul from a collective order from my friends and I, as we ordered fun and cute stationery from kawaiikoya.com, I seriously love that website and there is lots of cute stuff. I think it ships internationally, as it is a Singapore-based shop.

I bought two earpieces, although currently using the white one, it has already broken down on me after a month's usage :( oh well at least it sets me back to $3+ only.

A secret notebook, a slim and tiny notebook and I use this to list down all the things that I'd love to order from MUA, Etsy, Sleek, Natural Collection and whatever brands that I could think of. 

Ahh, the list check-it book, I really love this as it has those bullets for ticking when you're listing, well, lists.

I love this handy scheduler! It's not dated so it's very handy as I don't like those dated schedulers as I find them to be very hard for me to fill in as there are days or weeks that I won't have anything in my agenda.

Random Picture : Skin79 Haul!

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

When I got a free sample for the Skin79's Snail Nutrition BB Cream, I used it and reviewed the said product HERE. I love this BB Cream so much that I've actually made a crazy first eBay haul as I find it too expensive in Brunei, costing around $50-70 where as in eBay, I just purchased it for $25-$28, so it is much more affordable.

I've opted for the free shipping method knowing that I have to wait out a few weeks to wait for this cream to arrive, but I have other BB Creams too, so I'll be using up some while waiting and I'm actually planning to wear out this BB Cream during Syawal Celebration so no rush at all.

I've bought this from the most famous eBay shop in the beauty blogosphere Cosmetic-Love. Technically, the parcel received from the post was on 25th July but the post office sent me the card to take the parcel on the 30th July. I must say I am impress with the fast shipping cuz I didn't really expect it to be that fast.

Tada, here's my new toy! :D

Did a big haul, well, just yesterday! But I didn't spend big bucks on them, thanks to Essence's skincare products! I think I'll be buying a few more =/ Darn you, ESSENCE!

I did went off to Holika Holika to find a nude lipstick and I actually found it! Mind you, I have a VERY pigmented lips, so looking for nude lipsticks for me are just a little tiring and hard to find. Also, I've bought the Magic Salt Cleansing Wipe, it's a repurchase, I love the clean crisp smell, if you want a review on the wipes, just comment below :D

I'm a big fan of Missha and Skin79, although with that confession, I must say it takes a lot of courage to buy cosmetics/skincare from them. I still want to try out many BB Creams from them, though I would definitely want to buy the Skin79 Snail Nutrition BB Cream(40ml), maybe near to Syawal/Ramadhan, cuz I'm still waiting for ze pocket money from ze parents. nyehehehe *evil laugh*

Believe it or not, this haul should have cost me $48 *gulp* but I won a lot of contest from both brands in their local fanpages, so this is for FREE! YEAY me!

Technically, the hand cream is pretty much a "repurchase" I didn't want to choose other scents because I'm in love with the mild fragrant it gives.

I haven't had time to test these out minus the hand cream. But I'd definitely post up reviews for the Ampoule and the BB Creams :)

A trip to Miri and I only bought this Bio-Oil that has been given good reviews since its cheaper there than in Brunei, I've actually bought it and I seriously love that Watson's SA cuz I actually took one of the Bio-Oil's packaging where it is a bit worn and she replaced it with a new stock :D

Missha's Haul! So okay, I only bought the lip tint in Moisture Orange, and got the Red Gingseng Mask as a GWP! Entered another contest with Missha and won this awesome 5-colors lip palette! Reviews for both will come soon! :D

Random Ranting : Essence Haul

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

Went to Paloma and bought eyeliners as I am in dire need of pencil mechanical liners. I also found out that Essence is bringing on a concealer palette which is fantastic cuz I've been trying to find concealer palettes that has different colors to counteract and cover up the things that needs to be covered.

The Forget It! 3 in 1 concealer corrector was indeed affordable at $5++ and don't worry will post up a review on this product.

Also, the two liners with the swatches below, I bought these in 09 Cool Down and 01 Black Fever. I'm intending to broaden my collections on these Longlasting Eye Pencils as I found them to be very pigmented, even they are able to beat Silkygirl's liners! Reviews will come up for these babies.
