Assalamualaikum,
For today's review, I'm going to focus on lip tints. Lip tints are basically tints that stains your lips, it's that obvious. I've bought the two Tonymoly's Milky Tint in Pink and Peach for around B$25 30% discount inclusive. And the small Tonymoly Red Cherry Tint is just basically a sample the SA given to be over a few months ago.
They have these doe-foot applicators with the center being an empty hole, not sure about the function of that hole, but at least it's doing what it's meant to do.
Same goes to the sample tint, a tiny doe-foot applicator.
Here are the swatches, as you can see, the red can be very intimidating, it is only up to now that I dared to even wear the red tint out. The pink tint is simply a nice milky pink, the same goes for the peach, a milky peach color.
When blended, the milky peach is very toned-down, almost like you're wearing a nude color on your lips, but it's not pigmented enough that 2 coats might be sufficient to get the color on your lips. The milky pink tint is however more pigmented than milky peach and I seriously love it more than milky peach cuz it gave you this innocent pinky look to your lips.
The red however, I love the color, but when it's too red to my liking, I usually tame it down with my milky peach tint and it works wonders! Although I don't like the fact that it has a bitter cherry cough syrup taste it, but I won't really mind. With the milky pink and the milky peach tints, they have this fruity scent that tasted sweet, LOL.
The lasting power is quite good, for a good 6-7 hours unless disturbed with meals or drinks, else the tint would fade away. I've actually found that it could actually last for 13 hours! LOL!
So far, my favorite will be the Milky Pink Lip Tint, so I might repurchase that and the Milky Peach. But I'll definitely won't buy the Red Cherry Tint in its full size, I might be looking on to other products to compensate my needs for a red lip tint.
So far, all of Tonymoly's product haven't disappoint me except for the Red Cherry Tint.
I love the peachy colored one!
ReplyDeleteSame here, hee!
DeleteThe milky pink color looks gorgeous! Too bad for the red tint tasting like cough syrup, it looks nice as well.

yes, but i don't mind using it all up, as it doesn't have a lot of product, if I were to use it a lot for the month of february, I can see myself emptying the product.
DeleteThis is very nice... I like the milky pink also.. Cutie!!!
