Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!
Finally, our WIFI has been set up again! So now, I can actually update my blog periodically. It's been such a big hassle actually with no WIFI, I can feel my credits running down more quickly than when there was WIFI. I think I've spent more than a hundred dollars just buying credits, I could've save up those money and bought shoes (HEHEHE)

I'm not a big fan of using loose powder but yet I keep my options open because sometimes loose powders does a better job as a finishing powder. Here's what I think about Essence's version.
The product is housed in a really practical plastic jar, with big enough sieve holes that won't make a big problem of letting some of its products out.
The powder itself is very silky and crumbly, as you can see, the powder is white. It goes on translucent, it brightens up your face a little and mattifies it, hence the name. My face brush picks up enough product to cover the whole face. I really love this powder since it makes my makeup matte for at least 5 hours before oiliness starts showing.
I'd definitely repurchase this since this is very afforable for something that works so well. But I know by the time I'm done with this, I'd definitely want to try out other brands as well.
5 hours? That makes me want to use mine (not yet opened)!
ReplyDeleteThe Rimmel promises 5 hours of matte-ness and that's a fail for me. Have you tried it?
I'm not a fan of loose powders either, difficult to touch up.
But since I'm on the hunt for a mattifying primer or something to just mattify, I definitely wanna start using mine!
My skin is changing to normal-type so yeah. Hehe. I haven't tried anything from Rimmel, might just buy something from them on one of my trips to Miri.
