Make-up Review : 17 Colour Lipgloss in Pink Fruity

Just because of the fact that I've been ditching my blog for a few weeks now, I'll just put on another review today, lol. So now I'm going to review a lipgloss, I don't own a lot of lipgloss, just because I hardly use it. I won this from Sprinklerain's giveaway.

This lipgloss is very nice! It's a little on the sticky side which I don't really mind actually because I put on a hijab anyways and it doesn't disturb or made my hair stick anyways, lol. This is a nice pinky gloss that goes on sheer, though you can't get away with just this lipgloss, it really gives you a barely there shimmer. 

This is a nice pinky lipgloss that goes on with any lipstick or lipstain I pair up with, though I don't use it a lot because I don't particularly like to wear lipgloss, but I do find myself reach this more than my other lipglosses.

Make-up Review : Sleek Sunset Palette

It's been such a long time since I haven't put up a post in here, I'm sorry! I was very busy and when I do have free time, I always like to procrastinate. LOL! So anyways, I am still in backlog of posts. So maybe on hauls that I made last month and this month, I'll just put it together in one post. InshaAllah.

So another review on the Sleek palette that my bestfriend bought me which is the Sunset Palette. This is something that I pretty much adore more than the Au Naturel Palette as I am currently into bright colors.

This one has a plastic film but it doesn't have the names of the shadow, which is weird, I guess I got a dud on the plastic film. Anyways, all these colors are so bright and my favorite would've been the red and orange shadow, just because I have been lemming for those spectrum of colors, believe me, I don't know how to make a red wearable, but I made it work, but I didn't took a picture of it, well, maybe next time. LOL.

So for all of these shades, they are basically shimmery with a satin feel to it, except for the black. They don't really have much fall outs which is a good thing. They are very pigmented without a primer, though I love to use it with a primer because I just feel safer that way lol.

I really love this for a bright makeup look, but I won't see myself using this everyday, unfortunately. I love this palette so much though!

Want-It Wishlist : Make-up/Toiletries Bag

Happy celebrating Ramadhan! The first few days of Ramadhan has passed, did you girls do well today? InshaAllah, all of our good deeds will be accepted in this holy month. I haven't started fasting yet, I am still on "holiday" :( I wish it was like last year where I actually had my "holiday" on the last day of Ramadhan, thus my fasting qadha was just for a day.

So, I'm all about organizing, heck I have a lot of bags to put every categories of things that I have. But when I saw a "What's In My Travel Bag" from Bubzbeauty, I started to fall in love with the roll-up bag with a hanger attached. I feel like it's a perfect thing for me since I really need something to organize my day-to-day toiletries whenever I'm out and about. I don't want to mix my toiletries with my makeup.

I've been so obsessed looking for one of these, I hardly found something like this, I do own a bag with the hanger attached, but I just don't seem to think that it's big enough for some of my stuffs and I do only put the most important stuffs, but I guess it's too small for some of the products I put there.

The one from Debenham, I really love it, it's the one that Bubzbeauty showed on her video, it's very big but it suits for a weekend stay at the hotel or travelling outside the country. Also it's affordable, around BND20+? I must say that's good value for money, I really want to get this soon when I go on a trip to KL again because I know there's a Debenham store there, but hopefully this bag is also available there too or else, I'll just have to ask my friend to buy it for me.

Also from Baggalini, which you can find it in the Amazon website, I haven't seen a real picture of it, because let's face it, no one would actually review a toiletry bag. I do think this one is better suit for everyday's makeup/toiletry bag. Because I do remove my makeup sometimes at noon, so I can perform my solat and then re-apply my skincare and makeup routine after that because I am still not confident of not wearing any makeup going out.

Hadaki is also a nice brand that catches my eyes, it has a wide range of different pattern and also types of these hanging toiletries bag, I must say out of  the bags that I've searched, Hadaki is one of the best one I've come across so far as not only it has a lot of choices, it seems great for an everyday makeup/toiletry bag. Unfortunately it's too expensive, with the shipping, it can cost me a total of $40+, I'm not going to spend that money on just a toiletry bag.

Do you girls have something similar like this? To Bruneian readers, if you ever see this kind of bags in Brunei, please tell me how much and where! *pretty please*

In My Bag : The Techie side of me

Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!

As some of you know that I've been experiencing problems with my laptop and it made me do crazy things with them that I basically just went out and invested on some of the things I need to take care of my Baby Strawberry. The pliers are basically non-essential in fixing my laptop. But anyways, I just put them in a bag where I could keep all the hardware in one place.

The green board below is just a hard drive connector, it was from my old external hard drive that I don't use anymore. So I just keep it with me, just in case if I have to dig out someone's internal hard drive. Also leftover thermal paste after using it to cover up my video card and intel core card.

Make-up Review : Sleek Au Naturel Palette

Let's have a drumroll for my first ever review for a brand that I've been lusting over... *drumrolls*

Sleek Makeup!!

So anyways, I have absolutely been obsessed with eyeshadow palettes and Sleek, however, caters to all of my obsessions. It's a little bit hard to obtain anything from Sleek as it is actually a UK brand.

It is more expensive than MUA but still on the affordable side. I was gutted that they didn't carry on with their waffle prints because I think that's what makes them special and more wanted. Now that they've turned to the usual pressed look, I guess there's not much anticipation to them anymore, I would've lusted over ALL OF THEIR PALETTES but then, I don't feel so excited anymore of wanting to collect them, maybe I will collect their blush palettes as I do love me some blush palettes. I currently don't have any blush palettes, lol.

Anyways, this is the Sleek Au Naturel palette, one of the neutral palettes they offered. I lost the plastic film so I won't be able to label all of the colours. The swatches seems unpromising but they do have lovely colours though the matte finish shadows are a bit of a let down, the darker mattes are pigmented enough but they are just hard for me to blend. The shimmery shadows, which are just 4 of them, they apply like a dream. They blend nicely.

The lighter matte shadows aren't so pigmented, but it can be build up, I like to use the lighter matte shadows as an overall lid colours. And I do use the dark brown matte colour as my eyebrow filler and it does make a great job as an eyebrow filler, I hardly draw my brows, I usually fill in my brows on where there are a few sparse spots.

This is a nice palette to have though I pretty much prefer my MUA palettes than these but overall a good palette. I might just want to try out the Storm or Original palette.

Make-up Review: Princess Duo Color Cheek Blush

This is another makeup item that I've bought from Daiso, I always have this urge to buy natural-coloured blush, so by costing me RM5 only, I decided to go for the bright bubblegum pink blush. The color is very pigmented too.

It contains two different colour blush, I thought it was a win-win situation for me, because there was no testers, there was no indications of how the other colour looks like. So when I went back to Brunei and swatched it, I was a bit disappointed that the other colour is basically a highlighter for my medium skintone. But nevertheless, it is such a lovely highlighter as well.

The texture is buttery, very soft to apply, it works wonder on my skin as it lasted about 7-8 hours. Which is something that is fantastic as most blushes only lasted 3-4 hours on me.
