Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!
Today is my birthday and I've reached 22! Not a big milestone for me, celebration was at the minimum, as I had 2 tests to study and 2 tutorials to finish up on that day. So, it wasn't a big deal for me and I actually, for a moment, forgot about my birthday. LOL!
I will try to remember and add in my a few pictures of my tiny birthday celebration later on. Now, we're going to review this baby. I think I've delayed the review for this particular product for more than a year already, talking about procrastinating, huh?
I've used this a lot of times and believe me when I say I purchased this more than 10 times already and that's how much I love it and how effective it is for my acne-prone skin.
Basically it's just stickers with two sizes and what it basically does is that it absorbs those white disgusting pus that comes from pimples and I usually do this to my bigger zits as to my smaller zits that could be called as spots can be removed by exfoliating.
Technically, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, it really depends on how big is your pore is at the current pimple spots. Sometimes it doesn't really work on my forehead as I can safely assume that my pores on my T-Zone isn't that big as this is more effective absorbing the pus and thus reducing the pimple size around my cheek areas. Although if I popped JUST A LITTLE BIT of my pimples on my forehead and put this onto it, it really is effective and by the next morning, the swelling will reduce itself.
It takes about literally a day and a half to actually really get rid of pimples. What I like about this acne stickers is that it creates a nice barrier so you won't be tempted to disturb your acne spots.
I've already repurchased this and I'm planning to buy the ones that has less than 15 pieces to be put into my first-aid mini bag.
omg, thank you so much for posting this! i really need something like this one. will definitely try to look up for it in my next trip to local pharmacy. :D
ReplyDeleteyou're welcome! :D
DeleteI love using this as well! Yea but as you said, sometimes it works and sometime it didnt. :)
ReplyDeletetrue! I had to go to the extremes to make it work! :(
Deletehow to use it? you must pop up the acne first and place it on the spot?
ReplyDeleteyou can just stick it to un-popped acne. I do it to places that doesn't effectively absorbed by the patch.
DeleteI'm a 16 year old girl and i have been breaking out a lot lately on my face. i was wondering what are some home remedies to cure acne and that is good for your skin that works pretty good. also if you know how it works or whats in it that helps, i would love to hear. one last thing is, what causes acne the most? stress? sugar? what is it? genuine acne treatment
ReplyDeletehardly use any home remedies for curing acne, so I'm not sure of what to recommend you. if you're a 16 year-old, that it might be your hormones acting up and you may have oily skin and such.
Delete@amelia hi there! Not sure if my reply is still valid but just thought I should share what I know.
DeleteI had really bad forehead and side cheeks acne for 1 whole year. I realised that what aggravated or started this condition of mine was due to me sleeping really late and stress. What worked for me was washing my face with sukin foaming cleanser(can only get it at Watsons) /dove white bar soap. If my skin is really red and irritated, I would skip the moisturising part till only when I'm about to go to bed. I used Himalayas baby diaper rash cream as a facial moisturiser. Weird I know but the zinc in the cream helped soothe my irritated acne. If it's worth anything, I have extremely sensitive skin that is oily and dry at the same time. Gentle cleansing and moisturising and PATIENCE is the way to go.
Hope this helps!
I have moderate adult acne... I don't know what to do to clear this up... I don't want to use anything crazy on my skin, any suggestions? acne scar removal treatment
