Assalamualaikum pretty ladies!
I'm back with a empty product, this is my ONE AND ONLY setting powder, sad for a beauty blogger, I'm not saying this is a great product, but I had 4 refills lying around and I finally go through the second last of the refills. As you can see from the picture below, it's such a clean slate, only because the product broke as it actually hit pan a few weeks ago and I was just finishing it up, so it might have been fragile and made a crumbled mess in my handbag =/
I think I never really review this product before, so I might just hit two birds with one stone. I guess I never really review this as it never occur to me to do it as I use this almost everytime I wear makeup. It's a good product but I never will buy this again as I do need to find something new to replace this, I only have a lot of their refills because there was a sale for the refills 2 years ago.
I bought 3 Tan and 1 Medium, I must say the Tan is a pretty good match to my skin as I find it to be not too dark, just enough. So for the Medium, it's a little light but I can manage with just using a light-hand application with a powder brush.
I found that if you apply this powder with a sponge, it would give you more coverage. Using a powder brush , however does not give you any coverage. This product lasts as long as possible when your face is not oily, as I have a very oily face, I had to reapply the powder for every few hours which isn't such a chore at all as it doesn't go cakey on your face unless if you use with a sponge. Also with reference to the name silky, the texture is very silky.
Will I repurchase again? NO, I want to find something better, maybe Etude House's compact or maybe Essence and Catrice.
Haha I hate it when products crumble when you hit pan. That happens to me with blushes. >_<
ReplyDeleteso I guess it was a normal thing for it to crumble, but still, I want to really finish it so bad :( lol
